Before working with PT Layani Solusi Indonesia, CV Aneka Rasa Sempurna managed all of their financial data using spreadsheets. This manual approach made it difficult to maintain accuracy, track historical records, and generate timely reports. Additionally, there was no inventory management system in place, making it nearly impossible to monitor stock levels, track movement, or determine product valuation. Procurement processes were handled manually, with no visibility over supplier performance, order status, or spending trends.

They also faced challenges with employee management — attendance was recorded manually, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistencies in payroll processing.

PT Layani Solusi Indonesia implemented a comprehensive Odoo system tailored to the client’s needs. Key modules deployed included:

  • Purchasing: Deployed the Odoo Purchase module to manage procurement workflows, track purchase orders, and improve vendor performance tracking.
  • Accounting: Replacing spreadsheets with a full-featured, automated accounting system that simplifies financial tracking and reporting.
  • Inventory: Introducing a robust inventory management system that allows the client to monitor stock levels in real time, manage stock movements, and even calculate accurate inventory valuation.
  • Manufacturing (MRP): Deployed the Odoo Manufacturing module to manage production planning, bill of materials, work orders, and track raw material consumption.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Integrated the company’s attendance system with Odoo, enabling them to automatically track employee check-ins and generate accurate payrolls within the same platform.
  • Integration with Quinos: Ensured seamless data synchronization by integrating Odoo with the client’s existing Quinos system, allowing smooth operations across platforms.
